Info Pack for ACCHU Participants

Arrival

Someone (or an information page) will be waiting for you at the entrance of Fáradt Vándor Étterem to welcome you and help you find your way around the camp. The first step upon arrival is to check in at the camp reception with your ID card and address card.

Please plan your arrival so that we can start the event on Thursday at 10:00, which means arriving no later than 9:30 if possible. We will be on site from around 8:00, so arrivals between 8:30 and 9:30 are ideal.

Parking Information

Participants arriving by car on Thursday and leaving on Saturday can park free of charge without any special arrangements.
However, during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), parking attendants may appear at the barrier. In this case, please explain that you have accommodation and/or are attending an event at the lodge, which entitles you to free parking.
If this is not accepted, please contact the oeganizers

Professional Program

We will have an Open Space format – as you’re already used to, there will be great topics brought by you!

We start on Thursday at 10:00 and finish on Saturday at 16:30.
